This vest is based on a large number of feedbacks from French and foreign dog handlers. It sets a new standard for the protection of dogs assigned on risky missions. The STS K9 is a unique product in terms of protection, flexibility and ergonomics. It offers bulletproof and knifeproof protection of various levels while preserving the maximum mobility and comfort of the animal. Benefiting from the latest advances in terms of ballistics, this vest offers a 270° protection (back, belly and sides), protecting vital organs. It is quick to put on and adjustable to the size of the animal thanks to spacers. On the material side, the vest is mainly made of mesh for maximum ventilation, Cordura for the parts subject to friction and the elastic parts to make the vest more comfortable. The three straps go around the animal to distribute the pull over a wide and comfortable area for the dog, and are then closed with the CObra Austrialpin buckles (two adjustable carrying straps are included). For missions with a river or sea component, the flotation pack allows to compensate the weight of the vest in case the dog falls in the water, this pack also allows an additional protection of the animal by acting as an anti-trauma pack (absorption of the back deformation of the ballistic packs in case of impact of a munition). This harness is made of materials with fire retardant effect. Depending on the theater of operation, the vest is available in several colors: Multicam (on order), Olive Green (on stock) and Black (on order) Several sizes depending on the breed: M and L Several protection levels : NIJ IIIA, SK1, VPAM class, HOSBD...)
